This Week in E20: 2–8 November 2026
A browse at Here East
Scope’s vintage clothing sale is in The Yard, underneath the Theatre at Here East, on Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 November, 11am to 4pm. Entry is free. Clothing costs £20 per kilo, though some pieces are priced individually.
Here East is about 17 minutes’ walk from Victory Park.
Hamlet turns up anyway
Lost Dog’s The Last Hamlet imagines Hamlet taking to the stage after his play has been cancelled. The dance-theatre production is at Sadler’s Wells East from Wednesday 4 to Saturday 7 November, at 7.30pm each evening. Thursday’s performance is BSL interpreted.
Tickets start at £15, plus a £4 transaction fee; the age recommendation is 13+. The theatre is on East Bank beside the Aquatics Centre, with its entrance off Stratford Walk.
Step into MargaM VR
Divya Kasturi’s headset experience takes you through a virtual South Indian temple and the classical dance form Bharatanatyam. It is on The Dance Floor at Sadler’s Wells East, Thursday 5 to Saturday 7 November: 4pm to 7.30pm on Thursday and Friday, then 2pm to 7.30pm on Saturday.
It is free for ages 12+. Register on arrival: sessions are every 30 minutes, with up to three people at a time. Places are limited and first come, first served.
Boy Blue’s 25 Stories
The hip-hop dance-theatre show draws on memories contributed by Boy Blue’s dancers and alumni. It runs at Stratford East, Gerry Raffles Square, E15 1BN, from Thursday 5 to Saturday 7 November.
Thursday and Friday performances start at 7.30pm. Saturday has a 2.30pm matinee and a 7.30pm evening performance.
If you booked Sunday’s fungi walk
The East Village Autumn Fungi Foray on Sunday 8 November, noon to 3pm, is sold out. The adults-only TCV session is a non-picking walk, not a foraging session.
Existing ticket holders should meet at the northernmost corner of Portlands, where Victory Parade meets West Park Walk, 15 minutes before the start.
Event information. For other local sessions, check TCV’s East Village activities.
