Change of Use consent has been given for the old Lab E20 unit - which permits a marketing and management suite, drinking establishments, hot food takeaways, launderettes and dry cleaners and the insertion of mezzanine floor.

Looking at the planning documents, it looks like it’s set to become an office of some description.

Two applications that are interesting this month - the change of use for the old Levi Roots unit (opposite Cafe Concerto) has gone through - this paves the way for Soul Mama to open.

Change of use for the unit where Phantom Peak will be moving to in the summer has also been approved. This paves the way for the use case of theatrical experiences.
