Victory Plaza - construction noise expected 28 April to 6 May

Noise from mezzanine installation work at the Lab E20 unit in Asteria House is expected to increase from 28 April through to 6 May. Here is what you need to know.

If you have been near Victory Plaza recently, you may have noticed the work going on at the Lab E20 unit in Asteria House. GetLiving has now flagged that things are about to get noisier.

From 28 April through to 6 May, contractors will be installing the mezzanine level — which means hammer drills, power tools, and the kind of noise that carries through walls even when you are several floors up. The work will run between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with possible Saturday sessions between 8am and 1pm if they are running behind.

GetLiving says disruption should be minimal. They are probably right for most of the day — but if you have ever lived next to a construction site, you know the baseline noise of that kind of work is not quiet.

The practical stuff: get in touch with GetLiving via their app or website if the noise is outside these hours. If it is excessive or persistent, that is worth logging so there is a record.

We are not affiliated with GetLiving or Victory Plaza. We are just passing this on because if you are living nearby, you probably want to know.
