Victory Park Pavilion
This one is part of the plans for the redevelopment of Victory Park after Belvedere is completed (dates TBC!). You can look forward to a pavilion as part of the changes, complete with restrooms and a flexible community space.
Plot N19 - the old GetLiving office and cafe kiosk
These buildings are only designed for temporary use, until full development comes in the future. That temporary use agreement has been extended for 4 more years.
Chobham Farm Landscape Plans
The new development along Liberty Bridge Road (near the GP) has had detailed landscaping plans submitted and approved.
Other bits
A notice was submitted to the council to confirm that works on Belvedere are underway.
