Balcony and Fire Safety Reminder
A reminder from GetLiving and EVML:
We hope you’re enjoying the lighter evenings as we move into spring (finally!).
We’d just like to take a moment to remind all residents that open flames aren’t permitted on balconies, patios, winter gardens or communal areas for any reason.
This includes items such as fire pits, barbecues, smoking, candles or any form of burning materials/apparatus. Even small flames can pose a serious fire risk in a multi-residential building.
This approach helps us keep the building safe and comfortable for everyone in the community, and we really appreciate your cooperation.
Further, EVML has asked us to remind you this applies to patios, winter gardens or the communal areas across the Village. For further information on the proper use of your balcony, please visit their website at https://evml.co.uk/2024/10/22/balcony-safety/
If you have any queries regarding balcony safety or questions on East Safety generally, you can always reach out to GetLiving or the EVML team at residents@eastvillagemanagement.co.uk.
We hope everyone can enjoy the great weather safely for this week and beyond.
