A free exhibition exploring the people, communities and cultural movements behind Arsenal FC's Black British identity. Part of The Music is Black Festival.

Part of The Music is Black Festival from East Bank, this free exhibition at UCL East Marshgate explores the people, communities and cultural movements that have shaped Arsenal Football Club's Black British identity.

Developed alongside Dr Clive Nwonka's Black Arsenal research project — which examines the club's unique relationship with Black British culture — the exhibition invites visitors to reflect on the connections between football, music, fashion and community, and the ways these influences continue to shape cultural life in London and beyond.

Presented in collaboration with Arsenal Football Club and Adidas, the exhibition brings together visual works and interpretive displays inspired by the themes of the Black Arsenal project. Through installations and perspectives, visitors can explore stories of identity, creativity and belonging both on and off the pitch.

Free to visit, open every day 9am–6pm. No booking required.
