I’m a qualified massage therapist certified in Holistic, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, and I also hold a degree in physiotherapy from the University of East London. This background supports a strong understanding of musculoskeletal structure and movement, helping me approach each session with clarity and precision.

My work combines clinical knowledge with a calm, attentive presence. Treatments are shaped around the individual - addressing muscle tension, mobility and physical stress while recognising how emotional load can influence the body.

I created this practice to offer thoughtful, unhurried bodywork in a calm and warm environment where people can feel genuinely at ease.

​The practice is based in a quiet residential building in Stratford’s Olympic Village, East London (E20), with a calm and welcoming therapy room designed for comfort and privacy.
