    East Village uses a district heating network - there is no gas boiler in your flat. Your landlord cannot switch supplier. If 3+ flats are affected, report it as a communal issue for a faster response.

    Used for: Fly-tipping, street lighting, public roads and pavements, bins and recycling, environmental health

    Use the "Report It" tool on newham.gov.uk - it's the fastest route.

  • Parcel issues Retailer first, then the courier

    Used for: Missing or stolen parcels, wrong-address deliveries

    Depends on the courier

    1. Report to the retailer first - most will resend or refund. 2. Report to the courier and get a reference number. 3. If stolen, report to the police on 101 for a crime reference number for insurance.
