Map and plot numbers

East Village was built as the Athletes’ Village for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and converted into permanent homes afterwards. The site is divided into numbered plots, N01 to N26. The numbering comes from the Stratford City outline planning permission, and it is still the language landlords, managing agents and the planning authority use today.

The conversion produced 2,818 homes across eleven residential plots, each designed by a different architect to give the neighbourhood variety. Of those homes, 1,439 are market rent, owned and managed by Get Living, and 1,379 are affordable homes owned by Triathlon Homes, split between social rent, shared ownership and intermediate rent.

Tap a plot to find it in the list. Boundaries are traced from our own plot map and are indicative — they show which plot you are in, not where a boundary legally falls. N21 to N25 aren’t drawn.

We haven’t been able to source what sits in N11, N12, N20, N21, N22, N23, N24, N25 yet, so they aren’t listed rather than guessed at. If you live in one of them and can help, get in touch.
