GetLiving

GetLiving is the main landlord and neighbourhood operator for East Village, E20.

They own and manage the rental homes in East Village and are responsible for day-to-day building management, maintenance, security, and shared spaces across the neighbourhood.

This page explains what GetLiving looks after, when to contact them, and where to go for common resident services.

What Get Living is responsible for

GetLiving manages both homes and the wider neighbourhood.

They are responsible for:

  • Building maintenance and repairs

  • Communal areas and shared spaces
  • Security and concierge services
  • Access issues (fobs, doors, gates)
  • Resident services and support
  • Liaison with utility providers when issues affect buildings or networks

If the issue is inside your home or building, GetLiving is usually the right first contact.

What Get Living is not responsible for

To avoid confusion:

  • Billing for district heating

    = East London Energy

  • Council services

(waste collection, parking enforcement, schools, planning policy) → London Borough of Newham

  • Private utilities you’ve chosen separately
