Get Living’s Celebration Avenue parcel desk is discontinued. Concierge does not take parcels. Stolen parcels: log a neighbour heads-up on Parcel Watch, then use the landlord’s official door for their process.

Communal vs one flat

A lift, lobby, or hot water problem that hits more than one home is usually faster when you flag it as communal in the Get Living app rather than as a single flat.
