How it works

    Get listed You may already be listed - search the directory to check. If not, add your business and we'll get you live within a few days.
  2. 2
    Claim your listingShort form: your name, email, role. We verify your connection and send you a Business Portal invite within a few days.
  3. 3
    Manage & promoteKeep details current, post events to the community calendar, run resident offers, and watch them work.

Edit your listing

Update your description, hours, photos, contact, and address any time. Edits are reviewed by us and usually go live within a couple of days.

Post events

Submit events to the East Village events calendar. Title, date and time, location, category, brief description - what it is, who it's for, and whether booking's needed. Recurring events (e.g. weekly classes) can be noted in the description.

Create offers

Resident offers appear on the Offers page and let residents claim a discount through EVH. Pick how they redeem:

  • Generic code - one code all residents use (e.g. EVHRESIDENT10)
  • Unique codes - one code per resident, limits duplication
  • Redemption link - a URL residents click (e.g. your booking page)

Once active, the dashboard shows how many residents have claimed.

Back the Hub

Listing your business is free, and always will be. If you want to go further, become a featured supporter - you help keep East Village Hub free for every resident, and put your business in front of the neighbours who live closest to your door.

  • Featured placement - a highlighted spot in the directory and on the map.
  • A slot in the weekly digest - in front of engaged local residents.
  • An offer feature - spotlight a resident offer when it launches.
