How it works
- 1Get listed You may already be listed - search the directory to check. If not, add your business and we'll get you live within a few days.
- 2Claim your listing Short form: your name, email, role. We verify your connection and send you a Business Portal invite within a few days.
- 3Manage & promote Keep details current, post events to the community calendar, run resident offers, and watch them work.
Inside the Business Portal
Update your description, hours, photos, contact, and address any time. Edits are reviewed by us and usually go live within a couple of days.
Submit events to the East Village events calendar. Title, date and time, location, category, brief description - what it is, who it's for, and whether booking's needed. Recurring events (e.g. weekly classes) can be noted in the description.
Resident offers appear on the Offers page and let residents claim a discount through EVH. Pick how they redeem:
- Generic code - one code all residents use (e.g.
EVHRESIDENT10) - Unique codes - one code per resident, limits duplication
- Redemption link - a URL residents click (e.g. your booking page)
Once active, the dashboard shows how many residents have claimed.
