What you get

Directory listingName, description, photo, contact details and a map pin, in the directory residents use to find somewhere nearby.
Verified badgeClaim your listing and it shows as Verified, so residents can see it's really you.
Manage it yourselfChange your phone, email or website from My E20 and it shows the next morning.
Events calendarSend your events to What's on, where residents look for something to do.
Resident offersPost a discount for E20 residents.
Found through Ask RosieYour listing appears in the directory, on related guides (vets on the Pets page, for example), beside residents' recommendations, and in Rosie's answers on Ask.

How it works

    Get listed You may already be listed. Check the directory. If not, add your business. New listings usually go up within a week, and I email you the link.
  2. 2
    Claim your listingSign in to My E20 and pick your business. If your email is on your business's own website domain, the claim is approved straight away. Otherwise I check it and email you.
  3. 3
    Manage and promoteKeep your details current, post offers and send events to the calendar.

What you can do

Edit your listing

Phone, email and website changes show on your listing the next morning. A new description, photo or logo gets a quick automatic check first. Most pass and show the next morning; anything it flags waits for me to look.

Post events

Use the event form: title, date and time, place and a short description of what it is and who it's for. I check each event before it goes on the calendar.

Create offers

Offers appear on the Offers page. Pick how residents redeem:

  • One shared code: everyone uses the same code (e.g. EVHRESIDENT10)
  • One-time codes: each resident gets their own code, so a code cannot be shared

I approve each offer before it goes live, and your offers page in My E20 shows how many residents have claimed it.
