Residents are logging permit failures, unfair PCNs and bays nobody enforces
CampaignRenewal delays are the most common complaint, residents are issued PCNs while holding a valid permit, and vehicles are left in allocated bays with nothing enforced. Every report adds weight to the escalation.

We're building a formal picture of Sippi's parking failures in East Village. Your individual submission will never be published or shared.
Submissions are retained for 12 months. Your name, email and postcode are stored separately from your report and will never be published. If provided, they may be referenced in correspondence with your MP to demonstrate local impact. For a blocked bay we store the car park or street only — never the bay number, and never a vehicle registration.
- Why 75 reports
- 75 reports is the point at which a landlord can no longer treat complaints as isolated — for scale, it is roughly one for every ten estimated permit holders. The full dataset then goes to EVML, Sippi, the ward councillor and Uma Kumaran MP.
- Anonymity
- Reports are published only as counts and category breakdowns. No resident is named, your individual submission is never published, and vehicle registrations are stripped if you include one.
- Where, but never which bay
- A blocked bay is the one parking failure that has a place, so this branch asks which car park or street — never which bay, because an allocated bay identifies a household. There is still no map: a permit that was never issued happened nowhere, and a count by car park says everything a pin would.
