- When it looks like the building
- A few neighbours naming the same building, over the last couple of days, is what we treat as likely down. One person stays as a single report.
- Thresholds
- One to four reports in 48 hours reads as Reported. Five or more reads as a likely outage.
- The twelve-month chart
- Counts reports that named a building, by the month they were made. Reports sent without a building still count towards the live status above.
- What we share
- Building names and counts only. Flat numbers are never collected, and free text is moderated before it appears in the feed.
