March 2026

• Contact page
  New /contact page with a proper form (name, email, subject, message). All previous contact links - footer modal, inline mailto: links, #contact anchors - now route here. The old footer modal has been removed.
• Form fixes
  Dog submissions were landing in Netlify Forms instead of creating Sanity drafts. Fixed to match all other submission forms. General contact submissions now also handled by the same function.
• Sanity content
  Fixed a CDN caching issue that caused published content changes not to appear after a rebuild. Content now always fetches fresh from the Sanity API.
• Announcement modal
  Fixed icon rendering, improved body typography (headings, bold text, bullet lists), and resolved a focus styling issue on the close button.
• Button legibility
  Fixed an issue where buttons inside page content were inheriting an underline from the prose link styles.

February 2026

• Site rebuild
  Migrated from Super.so/Notion to a custom Astro build with Sanity CMS - faster, more reliable, and easier to update.
• Safety section
  New section covering phone thefts, parcel thefts, and emergency services guidance.
• FAQ ticker
  Added a scrolling FAQ ticker to the homepage.
• Local businesses directory
  Made improvements to the business directory, including dynamic maps.
• Community groups page
  Improved Community Groups page, with linked events.
• Events calendar
  Added a new calendar view of local events.
